My San Francisco chiropractic practice focuses on restoring function and strength to the body through my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, structure, and movement. My purpose is to enable every patient to live the life they desire. I approach each patient as an individual, tailoring my treatment to optimize healing and recovery, and to unlock each person's potential for good health.

I understand aches and pains. I have run a marathon, completed a triathlon, and ridden my bike 545 miles in the AIDS LifeCycle. My day-to-day life includes running, biking, yoga, and other kinds of activity. Through these experiences and years of training and practice, I've learned much about the most effective ways to recover, as well as how to guard against injuries in the future. This allows me to assess each patient's condition and circumstances, and to provide specific remedies and steps toward more robust performance.

It's not easy to describe the special bond I feel with my patients. I sincerely appreciate the trust they place in me, and I consider it a rare privilege to accompany them on the path toward more vibrant health.
